New Feature: In-App Reporting Available

For marketers, analysts, operations teams, and others, looking at data, assessing opportunities, and implementing optimizations has always been second nature as part of driving the businesses forward. However, before now, getting access to that data for your flexEngage transactional marketing program has been limited. Responding to the needs of our clients to look at their transactional messaging programs through the same analytics lens as other programs, flexEngage has launched our in-app reporting capabilities.
With this new feature, we encourage our clients to dig in and develop a precise understanding of the performance of their transactional messaging and marketing, including what drives engagement with the program, the types of transactions that opt-in, and how different experiences change outcomes.
We’re starting out with four reports, which can be filtered and sliced along a dozen dimensions:
- Adoption Report
- Click Report
- Conversion Report
- Digital Engagement Report
Using these reports, you’ll be able to answer questions like:
- How many customers take both a digital and a paper receipt?
- How does transaction value influence digital receipt engagement?
- What content are customers engaging with most on my digital receipt? What content drives eCommerce conversions?
- What stores or cashiers are driving digital receipt adoption?
And those questions are just the beginning—we know there are hundreds of more questions that our reports are just waiting to answer, and answers that will help our clients optimize engagement and drive real business value.
