Announcing the flexEngage Status Page
Our team is pleased to announce the availability of the new flexEngage status page offering real-time and historical status on the performance of our platform. Use this feature to track and address any ongoing or historic incidents.
For all incidents, you can click on the specific incident listing to get updates on the status of the incident and whether the issue has been identified and/or resolved. You can also subscribe to receive proactive notifications about that incident or all incidents, via email, RSS, or Slack. We highly encourage our clients with operations and IT roles to subscribe and stay up-to-date. In many cases, we will be replacing the manual notifications sent by our Technical Services team with these status updates.
