flexReceipts Names David Burton to VP, Business Development
Orlando—May 19, 2014 — flexReceipts, the leading enhanced digital receipts solution, today announced the appointment of David Burton to Vice President of Business Development. Burton will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the sales process while helping to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities. Burton has been called an “evangelist for CRM” by his peers, helping retailers such as Footlocker, Gymboree, Quiksilver, Burberry and many others build and implement their CRM and loyalty programs. Most notably, Burton helped Dick’s Sporting Goods manage and grow its loyalty program to 8 million members under his watch. Burton is also the former Chairman (and a founding member) of the NRF CRMx (National Retail Federation CRM Idea Exchange).
